Dr. Rugaragu is a lecturer at CCM, CASS at UR and he is a Jesuit Priest from Kigali Rwanda. He holds a PhD from George Mason University, School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution in the USA. Dr. Rugaragu is passionate about academia, peace-leadership, conflict resolution, post-violent conflict peace building, reconstruction, reconciliation and how to combat and overcome extreme spiritual, intellectual and material poverty.
Dr. Rugaragu also holds BA honors in philosophy and humanities, a BA in theology, a MA/STL in social ethics and theology, and a MA in Peace and Justice Studies.
